On May 16, the church of Sts. Anthony and Feodosius of the Caves in the Monastery of Holy Catherine (Sector Rodniky, Church Lane) will celebrate its feast day. Matins and Divine Liturgy are scheduled for September 15 at 7:30 AM.

Note: The Feast Day of the Church of Sts. Anthony and Feodosius of the Caves is being celebrated for the first time... Kalingrad Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church.

I’ve never been out to the monastery in Rodniki — is the church of Sts Anthony and Theodosius the one right by the entrance? I might try to make it for the 7:30 Liturgy on the 15th, sounds like a good reason to get up early.

Yes, Grace, that’s the one — the little church of Anthony and Theodosius is the first building you see just inside the gate. I’ve been out there a couple of times; the 7:30 start is early but the Liturgy is always worth it. Might see you there on the 15th.
