Today is a fast day, so I'm going to make lentils for dinner like mom used to make. Saints Sergius and Bacchus have always been close to me - I remember my grandmother telling me about them when I was little in Plovdiv. Interestingly, Polychron is also on the list, I hadn't noticed it until now.
