Saint Maurice and his companions always get me — all those soldiers refusing the order to persecute Christians and getting executed for it. The name Exupère is so unusual I had to look it up after seeing it here. Makes the whole group feel more real somehow.

It is interesting that two Saint Phokas are mentioned there - one is a bishop from Sinope, and the other is just a gardener. The one who is a gardener is closer to me, because I myself like to poke around in the garden. And Exuper is a really rare name, I have never heard it before.
