I once heard that St. Marina was very young when they tormented her in Antioch. I wonder if it's the same one whose relics are in our monastery in Podlasie.

Yes, this is the same Saint Marina (Margarita). In our monastery in Podlasie they really keep part of her relics, and there they say that she was only 15 years old when those torments began. It's amazing how such a young girl survived.

Yes, I heard about those relics in Podlasie. 15 years — and to endure this... I always wonder in such stories how she kept her spirit at all when her body was no longer there. Were you there personally or did you just hear from the sisters?
