On September 8, on the feast of the Presentation of the Vladimir Icon of the Most Holy Theotokos, the day of remembrance of the martyr Adrian and the martyr Natalia, in the Assumption Cathedral of the city of Ivanovo, Metropolitan Joseph of Ivanovo-Voznesensk and Vichuga, Bishop Hilarion of Kineshma and Palekh and Bishop John of Shuisky and Teikovsky, in the concelebration of the clergy of the Ivanovo Metropolis, celebrated the Divine liturgy.

At the end of the service, Bishop Hilarion of Kineshma and Palekh greeted the Head of the Metropolis on behalf of the Bishops' Council of the Ivanovo Metropolis on the occasion of the day of episcopal consecration. On behalf of the clergy, the dean of the Vichuga deanery, rector of the Resurrection Cathedral in Vichuga, Archpriest Bogdan Otroda, congratulated the Bishop.
