Martyrs Sergius and Bacchus in Syria · Julian the Presbyter & Caesarius the Deacon
The white church can be seen across the river at the amurgh. The light is gentle and everything seems very peaceful.

Helen Baker That looks peaceful. I'd like to see it in person.
Марина Андреева In our Nizhny Novgorod region, we also often have such white churches on the shore, especially in Zarechye. Looks beautiful when the sun is already low.
Thomas Wright The white walls catch that last bit of sun on the right side and the roof looks like it's got some dark tiles instead of the usual tin. Nice shot.
Παναγιώτης Κωνσταντίνου The walls are thick and the roof has tiles that you don't often see in such churches. It must be from the 18th century at least.
Тимофей Тарасов The white walls are well lit.
Petar Nikolić The walls are beautifully lit from the side.
Анастасия Кузнецова Well lit on the right side, especially the dome. I would like to see her live.
Ксения Соловьёва White walls catch light well from the side.
Ирина Соловьёва The white walls are quite thick, and the roof has ceramic tiles, which are no longer made in new churches. Apparently, the building is no younger than the eighteenth century.
Сергій Кузьменко The white walls hold the light from the right side really well. In our Poltava region, the same old churches were often placed on a rise above the river, so that the spring water would not reach them.
Андрей Попов The white walls are really thick and the tiles on the roof are just like old buildings. I agree with Irina, it’s hardly younger than the 18th century.
Νίκος Σταθόπουλος The walls do get light from the right side. Does anyone know if it's open on Saturday afternoons and how do you get there from Heraklion?
Κώστας Θεοδώρου The walls are thick as they say and the tiled roof shows old work. This is the church of Agios Nikolaos.
Petru Dumitrescu You can clearly see how the light falls on the brick at the corner of the apse, it stands out clearly from the white plaster.
Максим Мельник The white walls catch the light from the right side really well. And where and when exactly did you shoot it?
Michał Kaczmarek The white walls in the photo are really thick, and near the apse you can see an old brick sticking out from under the plaster. You captured it well in this light.
Raluca Gheorghiu You can clearly see the old brick in the apse. This is the church of Saint Nicholas, right?
Gjergj Dhima This is the Sfântului Nicolae church, isn't it? Tell me, where did you take the picture and when exactly?
Росица Петрова The old brick near the apse is clearly visible in the photo. Is this the Church of Saint Nicholas? When is the service on Saturday afternoon and how do you get there from Burgas?
