The interior of the church is impressive, so much light from the chandeliers reflects off the columns and walls. I have always liked such calm, bright spaces.
Wnętrze cerkwi robi wrażenie, tyle światła z tych żyrandoli odbija się od kolumn i ścian. Zawsze lubiłam takie spokojne, jasne przestrzenie.

Αγγελική Παναγιωτοπούλου The light falls nicely on the brick walls.
Nikola Živković Here in Banja Luka, in the church of Saint Vasilij Ostroški, the light from the chandelier falls just as beautifully on the walls. It's really nicely done.
Cristina López In our parish in Seville we also use large bronze lamps that give the same even light on the walls. The detail of the exposed bricks looks great with that type of lighting.
Андрій Шевченко In Odesa, in the Transfiguration Cathedral, we also have such high pillars, only the brick is a little darker, so the light from the chandeliers does not fall so evenly. I wonder how many lamps there are on one tier.
Emily Brown The brickwork on those columns catches the light from the chandeliers really evenly. You can see every mortar line.
Красимира Христова I see that the bricks are left unplastered and this makes the light even more even. When are the services there during the week and can one just drop in for a visit?
فادي صايغ The light shows the brick details clearly. This church is dedicated to Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker.
Basil Young The brick columns do look brighter than the ones in Odesa. How many bulbs per chandelier do you think?
ლელა ნოზაძე The light shines really well on the bricks. Where and when did you take this photo?
Grace Davis The brick really shows up well under those chandeliers. This church is dedicated to Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker.
Margaret Collins The light hits those bare bricks so evenly you can count every line in the mortar. How many chandeliers are up there?
Светлана Киселёва The light from the chandeliers falls well on the brick.
Hannah Adams The bare brick really picks up every bit of that chandelier light. Are they open to visitors on weekdays or only for services?
Peter Johnson The brick really picks up every detail from those chandeliers. This church is dedicated to Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker. How many tiers do the big ones have?
Методи Костов The unplastered bricks have been left that way since the 19th century, so the light from the chandeliers falls right on their edges and every joint is visible. How many kilograms does such a chandelier weigh?
თეა ლომიძე This light shines really well on the brick walls. This church was built in the name of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker.
Наталья Соколова The brickwork without plaster looks quite old, probably pre-revolutionary. I wonder when the vaults were last rebuilt.
