We stopped in Milwaukee last summer and I snapped this photo of the Orthodox church there. It has such a peaceful look, and it reminded me right away of our own parish back home in Chicago.

Юрій Руденко The Church of St. John the Baptist, it seems. The brick looks really good in this light, especially from that side.
ანა დოლიძე The corner of the roof is well shown in the lighting where the brick ends. It is interesting how it blends with the trees.
Sofia Thanasi I liked how the light falls on the corner of the roof where the brick ends, it seems to emphasize the shape without making it heavy.
Marie Martin I like how the sloping roof comes down just above the bricks, it gives a nice clean line. I know that the parish organizes a Greek festival every year in July with good moussaka.
