Blzh. Aurelius Augustine preached and composed about 400 sermons and teachings. He believed that preaching the Word of God was the most important duty of a pastor. His conversations have different contents: on individual sayings of the Holy Scriptures, church holidays, days of remembrance of saints, and various instructions.
