Второе Кафолическое Послание св. Апостола Иоанна

1) The Elder - to the Lady Chosen One and her children, whom I love in truth, and not only me, but all who have known the truth, for the sake of the truth that abides in us and will be with us forever. 2) May grace, mercy, peace be with you from God the Father and from Christ Jesus, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. 3) I rejoiced greatly that I found some of your children walking in the truth, as we received the commandment from the Father. 4) And now I pray to you, lady: I am not writing you a new commandment, but the one that we had from the beginning, that we love one another. 5) And this is love, that we should walk according to His commandments. For this is the commandment which you heard from the beginning that you should walk in. 6) For many deceivers have gone out into the world, not confessing Jesus Christ who has come in the flesh; this [heretic] is a seducer and Antichrist. 7) Take care of yourself so that you do not lose what you have worked for, but that you receive the full reward. 8) Anyone who apostates and does not remain in the teachings of Christ does not have God; He who remains in teaching has both the Father and the Son. 9) If someone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not accept him into your home, do not say to him: “Rejoice!” 10) For whoever says to him: “Rejoice!” participates in his evil deeds. 11) Having much to write to you, I do not want to use charter and ink, for I hope to come to you and speak mouth to mouth, so that your joy may be complete. 12) The children of your chosen sister greet you. Amen.
