Pray to God with a broken heart; go to church and diligently listen to singing, reading and teachings, especially on Sundays and holidays, abandoning all kinds of work and activities. Honor the Sovereign and spiritual shepherds, gentlemen and parents, old people and pious people; and love everyone unfeignedly. Do not remember the name of God in lies and jokes. Having judged every matter, begin with prayer. Keep the fast, don’t eat prematurely, don’t drink without thirst. Keep the faith, stay away from schism and heresy. Beware of slandering and condemning your neighbor. Don't envy anyone and don't lie, but tell the truth. Teach your children good deeds; Beware not only of doing bad things in front of them, but also of saying them. Don't curse and don't laugh. Do not bear a grudge and do not take revenge for your offense. Don’t offend or deceive anyone, especially don’t steal. Don’t go to feasts and don’t get drunk, and don’t swear or fight with anyone. Be hardworking, not lazy; give righteous alms to the churches and the poor, and do not be stingy. Do not commit fornication, do not commit adultery, do not dance, do not sing profane and seductive songs, and do not listen to those who sing. Do not go to gatherings, fist fights, crowds and round dances for jokes and empty entertainment; don’t go to the Christmas games; also avoid other sinful pastimes. Do not adorn your face and body with clothes to deceive. Fear God, remember death, the judgment of Christ, hell and the Kingdom of Heaven. Always remembering all this and creating, you will live happily here, and you will receive eternal bliss.
