This still unpublished monument has much in common with Kirik’s “questions” (see No. 2). It is unknown who owns the questions and answers here. Published from the Volokolamsk collection of the late 15th century (now the Moscow Spiritual Academy) No. 571, 38–44. This list, unfortunately, is badly damaged in many places. The later revision of the monument is represented by a list in the Rumyantsev collection of the 16th century. No. 358, l. 385 rpm etc.; here many chapters are omitted and almost all are deprived of their original dialogical form. Nevertheless, the Rumyantsev list provided several important variants and amendments to the text. And this 3163 priestly question 3164 1. This chapter is written in the opposite sense: But two children cannot be baptized in a single font, since it has not been ordained by the Holy Fathers. To Rum. further added: if the child is not baptized, he will die, otherwise he cannot be buried near the church; put it in the ground further away from the church. Wed. Ch. 35. To Rum. Chapters 55 and 56 are stated as follows: But it is impossible for the priest to bless his friend with his hand, but not to say a prayer to her; and say a pure prayer to your children. After this it is added: And at the Nativity of Christ, go in phelonion with crosses, but without a surplice. Then - the rule corresponding to chapter 57 of the text: And the priest, having washed himself, will take away the bread of the Most Pure One. And a priest or a layman will be tempted by demons in a dream, but will not have time to wash himself, or because of the great need, go to church, and not kiss the cross and holy icons... Rum. But this is prohibited by the rules of Metropolitans Cyprian and Photius. See above pp. 238, 275, 284, 517. To Rum. This chapter is stated as follows: If anyone has a priest, or a deaconess, otherwise, after repentance, the spiritual father will look and give holy communion. As soon as the monk has been there, she takes off her dress, but she will not be given gifts, nor will she put away the saints, until it remains the same; and if he does not convert, Rum is excommunicated. To Rum. Rules 65 and 66 have been replaced by one another. The latter is stated as follows: If someone climbed into the field to fight, and then did not give holy communion, he excommunicated himself for murder, freely took up arms, and did not bury the murdered person. sacredness added in accordance with the following answer. Then it was added: And the holy antimension was in the church in a dilapidated state for a year or two, otherwise, if the church burned down or collapsed, then put the antimension there; and the holy antimension will be great, and another will put a new one, and that antimension under the same one where the new one is on the holy table. And the mother’s baby, even if it is healthy and strong, can suck Rum for a year or a year and a half.
