Have mercy on me, O Lady, for having asked me to smite the hells of mine, all day long their thoughts of evil towards me, raise up Your wrath and anger against them, so that, understanding the help of Your arm, I will magnify Your mercy on me and I will be well-pleasing before the Lord, and I will be well-pleasing before You in the light of the living. Have mercy on me, O Lady, have mercy on me, for my heart is ready to seek Your will and place Yours under the shade; Thy hands formed the first myrrh of grace, and Thy fingers wiped out the fragrant ointment, the breath of Thy mouth is more than any incense; You are all, Mother of God, heavenly sweetness and insatiable desire, I am committed to You from my mother’s womb. If you truly speak the truth, bless the heavenly Queen with righteousness and truth. If whatever is related to the glory and praise of the Savior Christ, if whatever is pleasing to Him from us, then the songs and spiritual songs sent from us to His beloved Mother will suffice; The prophets were delighted by it, the apostles were praised by it, the saints were adorned by it, the martyrs were strengthened by it, the monks were instructed by it, the angelic life of the passer-by was enriched by it, the virgin laurels of purity were enriched by it; God is wonderful in all the saints, but even more wonderful in the Most Holy Queen of Queens, in the undefiled Bride, the Most Blessed Ever-Virgin Mary. Deliver me from my enemies, O Lady Theotokos, arise to help me, O Queen of Mercy; may the dark darkness of sin disappear before the eyes of my will, and may You, O grace-filled One, enlighten and illuminate my inner eye; You are like the sun, with robes gilded and speckled, sardines and topazion in Your crown, glory and wealth in Your right hand, myrrh and frankincense and balm in Your hand, sapphire and emerald on Your fingers. God, you have cast away our sins for our sakes, but you have forgave us for the sake of the Ever-Virgin Mary Theotokos; intercede for us, Mother of God, even as you gave birth to salvation through Angels and men; You pour out consolation to the sad and joy and joy to the sorrowful: delight us with the sweet-flowing voice of Your lips, influence Your sweet-flowing grace into our hearts; Raise the heavens from on high and give Her praise, glorifying the earth with all the living. Most Immaculate Ever-Virgin, Daughter of Abraham and David, incline Your ear to my poor and humble prayer and do not forget Your people, we cry to You, remember us, Most Holy Virgin, We entrust to You the salvation of our souls, be our intercessor before the most holy face of Your beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. Will not my soul obey God? From Him is my salvation; Is it not You, Lady, that my heart should love? through You is my salvation, for the blessed fruit of Your womb is my Savior; Therefore I will accept the cup of salvation and call on the name of the Lord, calling on Your glorious name, Lady, for You are my Savior, You are my Intercessor. God, my God, with my beloved Matter I glorify You, for You were conceived virginally by the Holy Spirit and gave birth to You virginally. Oh, Lady! Most blessed art thou, who stand before the throne of the Holy Trinity and pray for us sinners, and we will rejoice in the shelter of Thy wing and bless Thee in our belly, and for Thy name we will send up our prayers to God. Hear, O Lady, my voice, we always pray to You, deliver my soul, when it is removed from the body, from the horror of the cruel hellish enemy. With what boldness will I look to the righteous Judge and my God? You, Helper, stand at my right hand and ask for forgiveness for my sin, and before this terrible test comes for me, enlighten the eyes of my soul and heal the blindness of sin; give me hope in You to have in my life and in my outcome. I resort to You, glorious Mother of God, the Mother of mercy and the Queen of generosity, the whole Orthodox Church of saints knows, do not reject me, a great sinner, guide me on the true path, protect me from the host of evil ones; You have never forbidden anyone who pushes at the door of Your mercy: Your mercy is not renounced by those who seek them, O all-merciful Mother, the paradise of Your consolation is open to everyone. According to the 8th kathisma troparia, ch. 8 Ever-Virgin Mother of God, glory to angels and adornment of earthly creatures, ask You for forgiveness of the sins of all, be merciful to Your servant, for You are the shameless refuge of man and the deliverance of the desperate, Most Blessed One. Oh, All-Singing Mother, Most Holy Theotokos Virgin Mary! do not cease to pray for us, Your unworthy servants, who glorify You and honor and worship Your most pure image, and who have irrevocable hope and undoubted faith in You, the Ever-Virgin, most glorious and immaculate, now and ever and unto the ages of ages.
