Through the present, gain a great world, without difficulty despising everything here, as just an imitation of a higher spectacle! Submit yourself to the Word, which became flesh for you. What does the Word say? “Let's go from here” (John 14:31)! For this reason I came here, to place you in the things above, cast down by sin. - So God commands; Let's hurry like we're inspired. Prepare yourself for heaven as soon as possible by inspiring your precious soul with the Word. Do not leave anything unnecessary with you, but throw off all the burdens of the vain life and the disasters here! 5. I am alive and dead. He who is wise will agree to this.
