On this occasion, Theophilus orders that the case be carefully investigated and, if a crime is found, that Vista be immediately deprived of his rank; and Apollo, if he ignorantly installed that presbyter, this should not be imputed to guilt, for this is required by St. Council, namely, Canon 9 of the First Ecumenical Council, the interpretation of which should be addressed.
