727. Молись, приноси покаяние в своих грехах и старайся жить исправнее

I received your letter. May the Lord help you in your obedience and save your soul. Pray, repent of your sins and try to live better. May the Lord heal your hand from illness. Pray to the Mother of God and ask Her for help. And you need to get treatment. There is no need to cry, God willing, it will pass. This is for relying on your own hands. But we need to rely more on God. Bear everything with patience and humble yourself more. God will bless you to come to us if Mother lets you go. Peace to you and God's blessing.
