Be patient, humble yourself more and don’t judge others. Otherwise, this happens more for condemnation. Try to move away from men, don’t talk too much to them, don’t look at them, try to be near them with prayer. And if you get carried away by thoughts, then bring repentance to the Lord. You don’t always need to tell your spiritual father about your thoughts, but only when you confess. And reveal everything to Mother and ask for her prayers. Also pray to the Most Holy Theotokos with zeal. You don’t need to go to Mother with laughter or for the sake of laughter, but go when there is a spiritual need, then go with humility and faith.
