222. Смирение все дела заменяет и все недостатки покрывает

I received your letter. I sincerely thank you for your congratulations on the occasion of the bright Resurrection of Christ. I congratulate you on the current Pentecost and wish you to be worthy of the gifts of the Holy Spirit on the feast of Pentecost. You write about your negligence in a post. But we heard: “Yes, no one weeps for his misery, forgiveness for everyone has risen from the grave!” Otherwise, let us force ourselves to do and labor according to our strength, and most of all to humility and repentance. For humility replaces all deeds and covers all shortcomings. I send a blessing to Evstolia and Pasha and thank them for their congratulations on the holiday. It is comforting to hear that they live in peace with each other. God grant that this peace is not disturbed between them and that there is love between them. Calling upon you peace and God’s blessing, I remain with the desire for salvation. I received money from Paraskeva, the names will always be remembered in the Skete. "Philokalia" and Rev. We didn’t find Ephraim, but I will find him and send him by mail if I find him. I asked in Russian. I sent you an answer and a golden egg with it. Is there a railway station close to you to send a parcel, otherwise it is heavy and expensive by mail. You might be interested in:
