Eph.2:8–9. For by His grace you were called [saved], called through faith. And there were... you... at that time without Christ, although they were preserved for the calling of Christ, and were alienated from the society and institutions of Israel, that is, from compliance with the provisions of the law. because they did not know the promises, lived because they did not know the God of truth. because you have become Christ's through your faith, you who were far from Him, became close to Him in His blood, Eph.2:14. for He is our peace, that is, He created peace between Jews and Gentiles, since that is, the madness of idolatry, which lay upon everyone and hid the truth, and allowed human reason to be transferred to heaven. Eph.2:15. And He abolished the law of earthly commandments with His spiritual commandments, so that... two, obviously pagans and Jews, create in Yourself one new person, creating the world Eph.2:16. and make both of them friends... in one body [one body], which was killed for both, - and through His cross He killed hostility, that is, he destroyed and destroyed the enmity between us and God. Eph.2:17–18. And he came to bring good news and peace to you, loved ones: because through Him we have gained access. Previously we were united and separated from each other thanks to our laws, but now He has appeared for us Eph.2:18. access... in one Spirit... to the Father Whom we received from baptism itself, so that among those who received Him there is no longer either Jew or Gentile, for Christ is all in all. Eph.2:19. So... already... you... are not strangers covenant promises and not strangers regarding the inheritance prepared and kept for you, - but you are holy citizens and members of God. Eph.2:20. And you are built on the foundation, Himself... Jesus Christ became the head of the corner, that is, the Crowner and Imprinter of this spiritual teaching. Eph.2:21. And it contains all the house building The Church is affirmed, harmoniously united and growing into the building of a holy church; understand in the likeness of the church of the saint in the dwelling of the deity: Eph.2:22. for in Him you also are the dwelling place of the Divine through the Holy Spirit.
