The righteous man, whom you now deign to visit in the place of his work and peace, being a perfect fulfiller of the perfect commandment of love for God and neighbor, although he exclusively devoted himself to serving God, nevertheless, in life he committed, and after death he did not cease to perform, in his characteristic way, beneficial service to the Sovereigns and the Fatherland, as a spiritual zealot for the public good, as a wonderful instrument of Providence. Therefore, we now rejoice that the saint of God will unite his prayer with the prayer of God’s Anointed; and we also dare to pray, that this prayerful communication may be a joy and blessing to Your royal deeds.
