That is why it is prescribed to pay attention to yourself, to look at everything that comes from the heart - to reject evil, to discuss good, and to do only what turns out to be truly good. But it would be best to completely enclose the heart, so that nothing comes out of it or enters it without the permission of the mind, so that the mind precedes everything, determining the movements of the heart.
