(1 Tim. 1, 8–14; Luke 14, 25–35) “Good is salt; If the salt becomes overpowering, with what will it be salted?” *23 (Luke 14:34). Sol are the disciples of the Lord, who, teaching His instructions to people, destroyed moral rottenness in them. If we call such teaching enlightenment, then the title of salt should also shift to this latter. Then the whole saying will be in this form: good is enlightenment, but if enlightenment takes over, then what is it for? Throw it away!.. Enlightenment acts like salt when it is filled with the principles and elements of the Lord’s teaching, when it itself consists of discipleship with the Lord, and as soon as it deviates from this direction and instead of the Lord’s lessons assimilates alien teachings, then it becomes overwhelmed by itself and becomes indecent, it itself becomes infected with the rottenness of error and lies, and begins to act not healingly, but contagiously. History has confirmed and confirms this with experiments everywhere. Why doesn't anyone listen to experience? The enemy brings darkness to everyone and everyone thinks that there is light when in teachings they stay away from the teachings of the Lord. “Salt is a good thing; but if the salt loses its strength, how can it be corrected?” You might be interested in:
