We see in the world that when one kingdom with another, a city with another city, a village with another village, a neighbor with a neighbor, a wife with a husband, and others living in the same house with each other have peace, then everything happens well, and they do not fear any harm from each other. If only there was a true world, and not a hypocritical one, as often happens between people. So, when a Christian has peace with God, then he contains all bliss within himself, and drives away all misfortune and misfortune. Then man is in the mercy of the Almighty God, who covers His servants; is not afraid of God’s wrath and judgment; He is not horrified by hell and Gehenna; he is not afraid of devils and all the slander of the enemy; he hopes for eternal life and the promised blessings, and every blessing of God without a doubt. He fears only one thing, so as not to sin before God and anger Him, and thus not be deprived of the sweet world. This peace can only exist in a pure and immaculate conscience - this is the highest gift of the Holy Spirit. The holy apostle wishes this peace at the beginning of almost all of his epistles to Christians: “grace and peace to you,” and so on. This peace and the servants of God at all public services wish us: “Peace to all!” This peace, Christ the Lord, having risen from the dead, preached to the apostles: “Peace be with you!” (John 20:21). This peace, peace with God, we lost in Adam, but in Christ our Lord we gained again. He became the Intercessor between God and people, as the Church sings to Him: “Thou art an advocate for God and man, O Christ the God.” He, through His suffering and death for our sins, satisfied the justice of God, sins took away, and introduced eternal truth, and propitiated God, and thus reconciled us with God and God with us; and people with heavenly ones with earthly ones, and earthly ones with heavenly ones. that we hope, according to His false promise, to triumph over all our enemies in blissful eternity. “Death! Where is your sting? Where is your victory?” ( 1 Cor. 15:55 ) About this Conqueror of death and hell and all our enemies we dare! We boast about this Intercessor and Helper! We trust in this Defender in all our troubles, misfortunes, temptations and snares of the enemy inflicted on us! He stands for us as our Intercessor and Helper. He is Omnipotent. If He is for us, who can be against us? “You are my strength, Lord, You are my strength, You are my God, You are my joy: do not forsake the bosom of the Father, and visit our poverty,” and so on. Thanks be to God, who gave us victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, we offer the sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving to Him alone, as the Author of our world and the Finisher, the Father of the next century, the Shepherd and Visitor of our souls, the Author of faith, the new covenant, the Intercessor and the Great Bishop, the Author and Finisher of our salvation and all our eternal bliss, to Jesus Christ, our Lord with the Father and His Holy Spirit. “Blessed be the name of the Lord from now to eternity. ( Ps. 112:2 ) Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we stand” ( Rom. 5:1–2 ). “And Christ came and preached peace to you who were far and near, because through Him we both have access to the Father in one Spirit” (Eph. 2:17–18). “For the kingdom of God is not food and drink, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Whoever serves Christ in this way is acceptable to God and worthy of people’s approval” (Rom. 14:17–18). "God! God! Give us peace; for You have given us everything. Lord our God!
