You, with the participation of the chairman, drew up the Charter of the Society, you took care of the reorganization of the Society, the opening of a parallel branch. You took care of a greater and greater increase in the members of our Society, in a word, wherever we look into the internal life of our Society, everywhere we feel and see your vigilant and persistent activity.
