The activities of the Company may be terminated by a resolution of the General Meeting consisting of at least 2-3 members and by a majority of 2-3 votes of the present participants of the Meeting. In the event of the closure of the Company, its property, which turns out to be free after liquidation, receives one or another purpose, in accordance with the resolution of the Meeting of Commissioners.
