Canon 84
About the fact that a cleric who unjustly annoys the prince and the king is subject to ejection, and a layman is subject to excommunication.
If anyone unfairly insults a king or ruler, let him be punished. And if a cleric offends, he will be expelled; if a layman, he will be excommunicated.

Εἴ τις ὑβρίσοι βασιλέα ἢ ἄρχοντα παρὰ τὸ δίκαιον, τιμωρίαν τιννύτω· καὶ εἰ μὲν κληρικός, καθαιρείσθω· εἰ δὲ λαϊκός, ἀφοριζέσθω.
