Canon 57
About the excommunication of those who laugh at the blind, deaf, and lame.
If any cleric laughs at someone who is crippled, deaf, blind, or has damaged legs, then let him be excommunicated. Likewise the layman.

Εἴ τις κληρικὸς χωλόν, ἢ κωφόν, ἢ τυφλόν, ἢ τὰς βάσεις πεπληγμένον χλευάσοι, ἀφοριζέσθω. Ὡσαύτως καὶ λαϊκός.
