Canon 54
On the excommunication of clergy visiting public houses.
If a cleric is caught eating in a tavern, he will be excommunicated - unless, while traveling, he was forced to stop at an inn to rest.

Εἴ τις κληρικὸς ἐν καπηλείῳ φωραθείη ἐσθίων, ἀφοριζέσθω· πάρεξ τοῦ (ἐν πανδοχείῳ) ἐν ὁδῷ δι᾿ ἀνάγκην καταλύοντος.
