That a bishop or presbyter who performs the sacrament of Baptism not in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit is deprived of the priesthood.
If a bishop or presbyter, contrary to the institution of the Lord, baptizes not in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19), but in the name of the 3 beginningless ones, or the 3 sons, or the 3 comforters, then let him be deposed.
