Canon 4
That the firstfruits are sent to the house of the bishop and elders, but not to the altar.
Let all other fruits be sent as firstfruits to the house of the bishop and presbyters, but not to the altar - of course, so that the bishop and presbyters give a portion to the deacons and other clergy.

Ἡ ἄλλη πᾶσα ὀπώρα εἰς οἶκον ἀποστελλέσθω, ἀπαρχὴ τῷ ἐπισκόπῳ καὶ τοῖς πρεσβυτέροις, ἀλλὰ μὴ πρὸς τὸ θυσιαστήριον. Δῆλον δὲ ὡς ὁ ἐπίσκοπος καὶ οἱ πρεσβύτεροι ἐπιμερίσουσι τοῖς διακόνοις, καὶ τοῖς λοιποῖς κληρικοῖς.
