About the fact that someone who has castrated himself cannot be accepted into the clergy.
Let him who castrates himself not become a cleric, for he is a suicide and an enemy of God's creation.

Ὁ ἀκρωτηριάσας ἑαυτὸν μὴ γινέσθω κληρικός· αὐτοφονευτὴς γὰρ ἐστιν ἑαυτοῦ, καὶ τῆς τοῦ Θεοῦ δημιουργίας ἐχθρός.
