That the presbyter and the deacon and other clergy should be appointed by one bishop.
Let one bishop ordain a presbyter, as well as a deacon and other clergy.

Πρεσβύτερος ὑπὸ ἑνὸς ἐπισκόπου χειροτονείσθω, καὶ διάκονος, καὶ οἱ λοιποὶ κληρικοί.
