Canon 13
About penance for those who concealed excommunication from the bishop.
If he is excommunicated, then let his excommunication be extended, since he lied and deceived the Church of God.

Εἰ δὲ ἀφωρισμένος εἴη, ἐπιτεινέσθω αὐτῷ ὁ ἀφορισμός, ὡς ψευσαμένῳ καὶ ἀπατήσαντι τὴν ἐκκλησίαν τοῦ Θεοῦ.
