XXII International Children's Art Competition "The Beauty of God's World" On September 11, 2026, the XXII International Children's Art Competition "The Beauty of God's World: the Peoples of a United Russia" starts on September 11, 2026, dedicated to the Year of the Unity of the Peoples of Russia. This competition is held annually by the Synodal Department of Religious Education and Catechesis of the Russian Orthodox Church and the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Center for Educational and Cultural Initiatives “Generation” with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus' as part of the International Christmas Educational Readings. The regional stage of the Competition is held from September 1 to November 1, 2026 by the Diocesan Department of Religious Education and Catechesis with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kalmykia, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Kalmykia.

Students of general education organizations, institutions of secondary vocational education and vocational training, additional education organizations, Sunday schools, and students of other children's institutions of the Republic of Kalmykia can take part in the Competition.
