On July 30, two significant events took place in the Penza Metropolis - the opening in Zarechny of monuments to the Passion-Bearer Tsar Nicholas II and St. Luke of Crimea. The monuments were installed thanks to caring people, philanthropists, public figures and famous TV presenters Boris Korchevnikov and Pavel Astakhov, who personally attended the opening ceremony.
