VIII gathering of pupils of Sunday schools of the Lida diocese “ORTHODOXY IS MY FAITH”translated

In the morning, the leader of the rally, the rector of the Lida Church of All Saints, Archpriest Vladimir Yaromich, performed a prayer service before the start of the good deed.

Then an organizational meeting was held, at which the participants were introduced to the routine and basic rules of attending the rally. After this, the tent camp was set up.

The day's program included the quest game "In the footsteps of the life of the Royal Family", dedicated to the history of the lives of God's saints and the traditions of mercy associated with the White Flower holiday. Also, a thematic master class “We Can, We Create, We Love” on making white flowers was held for the participants.

In the evening the first intellectual game “What? Where? When?" on the theme “Wonderful Angel of White Rus'”. The game was timed to coincide with the 60th anniversary of the repose and the 20th anniversary of the glorification of Saint Blessed Valentina of Minsk.

After the game, there was a conversation around the fire with Bishop Porfiry of Lida and Smorgon, and then the acquaintance game “While the Candle Burns.” The evening ended with the general reading of evening prayers and a procession of the cross.
