For the International Day of Older Persons, meetings with older people were held in the Zhlobin deanery. From September 27 to October 1, 2026, clergy and parishioners visited medical and social institutions, and also visited elderly parishioners at home.

On September 27, Priest Mikhail Shmidov, together with the youth of the parish of the Church of the Holy Martyr John the Warrior, donated hygiene products to the medical rehabilitation department of the Zhlobin central regional hospital.

On September 30, the rector of the parish of the Church of All Saints in the agricultural town of Pirevichi, Priest Vasily Tereshkov, visited the Dubrava boarding house in the village of Khalch. Together with the boarding house's residents, the priest read an akathist to the holy martyrs Vera, Nadezhda, Lyubov and their mother Sophia, answered questions and accepted confession.
