The exhibition “Inspiration by Orthodoxy” opened in Zhlobintranslated

On September 10, 2026, the exhibition “Inspiration by Orthodoxy” opened in the exhibition hall of the Zhlobin Museum of History and Local Lore. The exhibition presents 37 works by 33 artists - participants in the international plein air exhibition project “Russian Atlantis”. The author of the project is Vitaly Vasilievich Vasiliev.

The opening of the exhibition was blessed by the dean of the churches of the Zhlobin district, Archpriest Alexey Smotritsky. The priest noted that the presented works introduce viewers to the spiritual heritage of Holy Rus'. In images of monasteries, churches and landscapes, artists preserve historical memory and convey the meaning of faith in the life of the people. Contemplation of this beauty encourages reflection on spiritual life and gratitude to God.

A prayer service for the beginning of a good deed was performed by the cleric of the parish of the Church of the Holy Life-Giving Trinity in Zhlobin, Priest Pavel Kulish.

The deputy head of the department of ideological work and youth affairs of the Zhlobin district executive committee, Marina Anatolyevna Romanenko, and the head of the culture department, Vyacheslav Andreevich Pobortsev, addressed the audience with welcoming words. Violin compositions were performed by Anastasia Bodilovskaya.
