A thanksgiving prayer service was held in the Holy Dormition Cathedral of the city of Vitebsk on the occasion of the Day of the Preliminary Investigation Officer. The service was led by Bishop Eusebius, vicar of the Vitebsk diocese, co-served by the city clergy. Employees of the department of the investigative committee for the Vitebsk region were present at the prayer service.

It is good that they held a prayer service right at the Dormition Council. I am interested in whether Bishop Eusevius said something special to the investigators or whether he only led the service. Thanks for the news.

Good to see the mumble in the Assumption Cathedral for the investigators' day. I wonder if Bishop Evseviy said anything directly to the investigators or just led the service, like Iliya asked. Nice that the whole local clergy turned up too.
