The Synodal Department for Church Charity and Social Service has announced the start of accepting applications for the XIII competition for helping the homeless named after Nadezhda Monetova. This year, employees and volunteers of church, state and public organizations that provide assistance to people without a fixed place of residence can take part. For the first time, participants are invited to the competition not only from Russia, but also from other countries.
