From September 4 to September 6, 2026, the Kolomna Diocesan Administration held a full-time training block for heads of units of the Brotherhood of Orthodox Pathfinders (BOP). The event was held with the blessing of the Patriarchal Vicar of the Moscow Metropolis, Metropolitan Pavel of Krutitsky and Kolomna. The organizers were the Moscow regional branch of the BPS together with the Department for Missionary Work and Youth Affairs of the Kolomna Diocese. More than 90 people took part in the courses - cadets, instructors, volunteers and organizers from various regions of Russia. Before the start of classes, the chairman of the Department for Missionary Work and Youth Affairs of Kolomenskaya, rector of the Holy Cross Church in Kolomna, Priest John Bakushkin, performed a prayer service.
