The Orthodox faith within the Russian Orthodox Church was discussed on the national radio of the Republic of Madagascar.
Third-year seminary students from Madagascar Thomas Angelo and Timothy Jean Bertin spoke on Radio Nationale Malagasy with a story about the Orthodox faith, life in Russia and studies at the Nikolo-Ugreshsky Theological Seminary, reports the website of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Africa.
During a visit home for the holidays, the seminarians took part in the broadcast of the program “Russ – Mada” (Russia – Madagascar), which is implemented with the assistance of the African Initiative.
It is noted that at the end of the program, Thomas Angelo even gave a short lesson in the Russian language, teaching the presenters to speak the words “prayer”, “faith”, “church”, “fasting” and others in Russian.
