It’s good that Bishop Seraphim came to the Assumption Church to celebrate the holiday. I remember how my wife and I were there a couple of years ago, it was very emotional. I wonder if the choir sang entirely on its own or did someone from the diocese help?

Good to see Vladyka Seraphim there on the leave-taking. That little Uspensky church in Pobeda always feels homely. Our choir sang the whole thing themselves last time we visited, so I’d be curious too if it was all local lads or if they brought in extra voices from the diocese.

I am glad that Bishop Seraphim was again in the Assumption Church for the tribute. My husband and I were also there a couple of years ago after the service, everything was very homely. I wonder if the choir really managed to cope completely, or did they still call someone from the diocese?
