On September 30, the X regional festival-competition “Silver Bells” was held at the regional spiritual and patriotic center “Arskoye”.

In order for a child to achieve results and prove himself, we, teachers, offer to participate in various competitions and festivals,” shared the head of the Lazurit folk choreographic ensemble, Victoria Tyabina.

In 2026, in addition to nominations for vocals, choreography, visual arts and theatrical productions, a nomination for teachers was added to the competition regulations. More than 80 teachers from educational organizations and preschool institutions presented their experience in implementing the ethnographic component.
