The journals of the meeting of the Synod of the Belarusian Exarchate, in accordance with the Charter of the Russian Orthodox Church (Article 8, Chapter XIII), were published after their approval at the meeting of the Holy Synod on July 16, 2026 (journal No. 47) by His Holiness the Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus'.
