By this Decree, you, Priest Vladislav ALYAKIN, in accordance with the letter of the rector of the St. Petersburg Theological Academy, Bishop of Peterhof SILUAN No. 796 dated 07/08/2026, as well as the petition you submitted, are accepted into the staff of the Simbirsk diocese from 09/01/2026 and are appointed to the position of full-time priest of the Local religious organization of the Orthodox Parish of the Church in honor of the Blessed Grand Duke Alexander Nevsky of the city of Ulyanovsk, Simbirsk Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate).

Upon receipt of the Decree, you must begin to fulfill your duties.
