The priest met with the head of the Ulyanovsk Higher Military Aviation School of Pilotstranslated

On September 17, at the Ulyanovsk Higher Military Aviation School of Pilots, a working meeting was held between the head of the Simbirsk diocese department for interaction with the armed forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Archpriest Sergius Kichigin, and the head of the educational institution, Colonel Vyacheslav Tabachenko.

During the conversation, issues of churching and the spiritual and moral life of cadets were discussed. The head of the school drew attention to the possibility of cadets visiting Orthodox churches located nearby and raised the topic of building a military church on the territory of the educational institution.

The conversation also touched upon personnel issues, as well as plans for further interaction between the clergy of the Simbirsk diocese and the school management.

At the end of the meeting, the priest wished the head of the school, teaching staff and cadets God's help in serving the Fatherland.
