Хорошо, что отец Виктор там был. Интересно, что именно он говорил на Совете, особенно про работу с кадетами в корпусе Слепцова? У нас в Зхле тоже казаки помогают в воскресной школе, полезное дело.

Father Victor being there makes sense, he’s always good with the younger lads. The bit about respect and order with the cadets at Slepцов’s corps caught my eye – we do something similar when the youth group helps at the Sunday school here in Melbourne. Do you know if he mentioned anything about cooking or practical skills for the boys?

Father Victor does have a way with the lads, you're right. I hadn't thought about the cooking angle, but knowing him he'd probably suggest teaching the cadets how to bake their own bread or prep a proper field kitchen stew. Do you run any hands-on skills like that with your Melbourne youth group beyond the Sunday school bit?
