On July 25, participants of the “Simbirsk Orthodox Youth” movement, together with the head of the diocesan department for interaction with the Ministry of Health and medical institutions of the Ulyanovsk region, the rector of the temple in the name of the holy righteous Philaret the Merciful, Priest Dimitry Subbotin, and the choirmaster of the Philaret Church made a work trip to the village named after Karamzin.

Orthodox volunteers cut down the maple tree, mowed and removed the grass around and inside the Vladimir Church, destroyed during the Soviet years, and also prepared the altar part for worship - they took out a large metal lattice, leveled the ground and removed old bricks.

A common meal was organized for all participants in the work trip, during which Father Dimitri thanked all the volunteer helpers.
