On September 24, a reporting and election meeting of the Public Organization of Orthodox Teachers “Beginning” was held in the library of the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ. During the meeting, the results of the organization’s activities for the period from 2020 to 2026 were summed up. It was noted that during the reporting period, the work of the OOPP “Nachalo” was consistently carried out in accordance with its statutory goals, aimed at the spiritual, moral and patriotic education of children and youth, the establishment of traditional family values ​​and the education of the younger generation in a responsible attitude towards future family life. A significant place in the organization’s activities is occupied by the spiritual and moral education of adults, including teachers. For eighteen years now, courses on the Fundamentals of Orthodox Culture, as well as the “School of the Family,” have been operating. For the seventh year now, OOPP “Nachalo” has been holding the Republican Children’s Sretensky Readings, uniting schoolchildren interested in issues of Orthodox culture, history and spiritual heritage.
